Dr. Frische is a compassionate psychiatrist who provides holistic mental health care for people from all cultural backgrounds. She is a truth-speaking, unconditionally accepting, and forward-thinking physician who meets you where you're at in your journey for wellness.

We provide convenient and accessible psychiatric services including comprehensive consultations, medication management, and therapy. We utilize telemedicine to provide effective and efficient care when commuting to clinic does not fit your demanding lifestyle. We care for you on your time and in your space . We provide you with education about your mental health and wellness which can serve to better inform you about behavioral modifications and medications that can help.

Dr. Frische works with adolescents and adults in all different stages of life who struggle with behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that prevent them from living the life that they want. She works with teens 13 years and older and has extensive experience working with young adults transitioning to and from college, mid-career professionals struggling with work-life imbalance, as well as retirees struggling with aging. She has particular interests in working with women of reproductive age working through perinatal mood symptoms.
